What are your terms of service for digital files?

SEAMLESS FILES & PNGs

Allowed -
Printing and selling fabric
Using the file for sublimation purposes, and creating physical items

Using seamless files digitally - such as for birthday invitations or to make other graphics. The file MUST be cropped, watermarked, or otherwise covered enough that it cannot be screen-grabbed.
Using Print-On-Demand websites - I just ask that you only use trusted vendors, preferably with a signed NDA. When my files get shared it doesn't just hurt me, it also hurts all of you as it makes the files less exclusive.
Using PNGs to create stickers or temporary tattoos
Changing the background color if you own a seamless file with a transparent background (I don't offer these hardly ever, and they are priced much higher for this reason)

Add text to PNG files that do not originally have text

Using Clipart to make seamless files, PNGs, and then selling the digital file


Not allowed -
Sharing files with friends, family, businesses, etc. They must purchase the file to use it.
"Transferring" ownership or reselling
Sharing an unwatermarked version online
Editing the appearance of the file - such as background color changes to non-transparent files, adding a filter to the image, adding or removing elements.
Using PNGs to create seamless files

Selling clipart as-is digitally or physically (If you'd like to use the clipart files to make stickers, there are separate listings for that)

Using sticker files to make seamless files or PNGs (This results in immediate ban from the FB group and removal of P&O account - please do not take advantage of these listings)
